CARE & TRANSPORT
Looking after a pull up banner
The hardware lasts years if you treat it right. Almost every banner that fails early fails for the same three reasons.
Roll it in fully, every time
The most common damage is a crease at one edge, caused by the graphic being left half-retracted or rolled in crooked. Guide it in straight and let the cassette take it all the way.
Use the bag, and do not stack on it
The padded carry bag is not packaging — it is what stops the cassette being dented in a car boot. A dented cassette stops feeding the graphic straight and there is no fixing it afterwards.
Store it upright or flat, with nothing heavy on top.
Keep it dry and out of direct sun
Stored damp, the print can stick to itself. In constant direct sunlight, any digital print will fade eventually — this is a display product, not a permanent outdoor sign.
Cleaning
A barely damp cloth, wiped gently. No solvents, no alcohol wipes, no scrubbing — all of them lift ink.
When only the print is tired
If the hardware is sound and the artwork is just out of date or marked, order a replacement graphic. You keep the stand and only pay for the print, starting at $59.

Questions
Can I replace just the printed graphic?
Yes — that is what replacement graphics are for. Keep your existing Bannerbug stand and order a new print for it, from $59 depending on size.
My banner has a crease. Can it be fixed?
Usually not. Creases in the print are permanent, and a dented cassette cannot be straightened reliably. A replacement graphic fixes the first; the second needs new hardware.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in the Bannerbug hardware for the original purchaser — the mechanism and frame. It does not cover the printed graphic, accidental damage, or wear from repeated transport.
