Artwork specs
Set it up once, print it perfectly. These are the only numbers you need.
Bleed 5mm
Add 5mm past the trim on every edge. Background colour and imagery run into it.
Safe zone 30mm
Keep logos and text at least 30mm in from the sides and top so nothing is trimmed off.
Bottom 100mm
The lowest 100mm rolls into the base and is never seen. Put nothing there you need read.
PDF, CMYK, 150dpi
Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 150dpi at full size. Outline your fonts.

What we check
- Resolution. Below 150dpi at full size and it will look soft. We flag it on your proof — but we cannot add detail that was never in the file.
- Colour space. RGB files are converted to CMYK, which shifts bright blues and greens. Supply CMYK if colour matters.
- Fonts. Outline them, or embed them in the PDF.
- Spelling. We read it, but the proof is your sign-off. Check phone numbers and web addresses especially.
