HOW IT WORKS
How ordering a pull up banner works
Four steps, no surprises, and nothing prints until you have approved a proof.
1. Pick your size
Eight sizes, each with one all-in price covering the stand, the printed graphic, a padded carry bag, GST and delivery. There is nothing added at checkout.
2. Upload your artwork
Straight after checkout you get a link to upload. PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, PNG, TIFF, SVG or ZIP, up to 200MB. If you do not have artwork ready, order anyway and upload when it is — the job simply waits.
3. Approve a free proof
We check every file by hand — resolution, colour space, bleed, and whether anything important sits in the bottom 100mm that rolls into the base. You get a proof to check and sign off online. Nothing prints until you do.
If something is wrong, request changes and we redo it. There is no charge for that.
4. Printed and shipped in 48 hours
From approval, not from order. You get tracking when it leaves us. Delivery is Australia-wide and already paid for.

Questions
What if I do not have artwork yet?
Order anyway. The upload link stays live, and the job waits until your file arrives. Nothing is lost by ordering first.
What if I spot a mistake on the proof?
Request changes on the proof page and tell us what to fix. We redo it and send a new version. There is no charge and no limit.
What if I approve a proof with a typo in it?
Once approved, that is what prints — a custom-printed good is not returnable for a change of mind under Australian Consumer Law. This is exactly why the proof exists, so read it carefully, especially phone numbers and web addresses.
