These terms apply to every order placed through pullupbannerking.com.au. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST and delivery within Australia. The price shown when you place your order is the price charged.

We try to keep prices accurate, but if an obvious pricing error appears we will contact you before processing and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Your artwork

By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trade mark or other rights. You indemnify us against any claim that it does.

We will not print artwork that is unlawful, or that we reasonably believe infringes someone else’s rights. If we decline on those grounds we will refund you in full.

You keep all rights in your artwork. We store it only to produce your order and to make reprints easier if you reorder. We do not sell it or use it to promote ourselves without asking you first.

Proofs

We send a free proof before printing. The proof is what we will print. Approving it is your confirmation that the content, spelling, colours and size are correct.

Screens vary. A proof shows colour as accurately as a screen allows, and printed colour will not match a backlit display exactly. If exact colour matters, tell us the PMS reference before you approve.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to re-supplying the goods or refunding what you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or a missed event, however it arises.

Delivery dates are estimates. We cannot accept liability for courier delays outside our control, so if a banner is needed for a fixed date please order with room to spare.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
