Turnaround

Printing starts the moment you approve your proof — not when you place the order. Once approved, your banner is printed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days.

Nothing is printed before you have seen and approved a proof. If we never hear back on a proof, the job simply waits.

What it costs

Delivery is included in every price shown on this site. The price on the product page is the price you pay — stand, printed graphic, carry bag, GST and delivery.

Where we deliver

Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery times after dispatch are the courier’s, not ours, and typically run 1–2 business days to metro addresses and 3–5 to regional. Remote areas can take longer.

Tracking

You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the job leaves us.

Delivery addresses

We can only deliver to a street address — couriers will not deliver banner hardware to a PO box. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel; the courier may leave it unattended if their instructions allow.
